ABOUT ME
Hello I’m Judy
I have spent over a decade supporting people who feel stuck and are facing challenges of all diversity in their lives: anxiety, depression, relationship breakdown, suicidal thoughts, gender identity, sexual orientation issues, addiction and bereavement are just some of the many challenges that I have helped people with.
With a love for all areas of positive health, I understand that in order to overcome and surmount these challenges, all aspects of your health must be addressed; Physical, Psychological, Emotional and Spiritual. It is vital for our wellbeing to look after all of these areas, and that is exactly what I will do for you.
“Open your heart, step into your bravery
& create the life you love. ”

WHAT I DO
I am a fully trained and accredited Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor, Life Coach and Energy Healer.
I have a BSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy, an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Supervision, a Diploma in Crisis Intervention and Family Support, a Certificate in Addiction Studies, a Certificate in Therapeutic Play Skills, just to mention a few. I am a fully accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP).
Of course, all of my formal training has been fundamental in helping my clients, however I truly believe that it has been my life experience that has given me insight, compassion and understanding that you just cannot get out of a book!
I have overcome so much adversity in my own life, that I know first-hand how to overcome it and not only survive, but thrive.
I feel privileged to have acquired such a diverse experience in my work over the years. Along with my own private practice, I worked in Pieta House for over 2 years, supporting people with suicidal intent or engaging in self harm. In the years prior, I worked with prisoners and their families in the Bedford Row Family Project. I also work in the University of Limerick as a Senior Student Counsellor. As well as this, I am a tutor with the University of Limerick, teaching personal development and life skills over numerous modules and different courses.
I am very passionate about mental health and have always been an intuitive therapist. What that means, is that not only do I have experience and knowledge in my field, I also have a very strong intuition which has often guided me in being able to pinpoint what a core issue is for the client, even when they may not be aware of it themselves.
In recent years I have began to use this intuitive gift in a more formal way by training to be a Pranic Energy Healer and complimenting this with my therapeutic skills so that my clients get the very best treatment and service. I am fascinated within the field of mental health and how it is so intertwined with our spirituality and the health of our energy body.
